During the first week only take two servings daily (morning & evening). After the first week, increase servings to: 3-6 daily. Combine any protein drink or food that you like. MYOFIBER works well with, oatmeal, cream of rice, yogurt, juice or plain water. Always mix 8-12 oz of fluid with protein shake or drink 8-12 oz if you are mixing it with food.
