Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa and Discover Card) and by PayPal.
You may also mail a money order or cashier's check, drawn on a U.S. bank. We reserve the right to hold any check, pending bank clearance prior to shipment of any order. All orders and payments are in U.S. dollars only. We do not ship C.O.D. orders.

Q. Will I be Charged Sales Tax on my order?
A. It depends where you live; Shipping addresses outside Illinois are not subject to sales tax.
Illinois residents are required to pay applicable sales tax of 1.75% or 7.5% depending on the type of product(s) purchased, which will be calculated automatically to your order.
Q. How long will it take after I pay before you ship my order?
A. All orders placed online, mailed or phoned-in on a weekday (Monday-Friday) before 2:00 pm CST are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are shipped the next business day.
Q. How long will it take my order to arrive?
A. Most orders arrive in 1 to 7 business days from time of shipping.
Q. How will I know if my order is in stock?
A. We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product, occasionally a product may be on back order. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will notify you within 24 hours. In addition we will hold the shipment of your entire order until all products are available. All backorders will not be held after five business days, business days for shipping purposes are Monday through Friday.
Q. How will my order be shipped?
A. Orders are shipped via; UPS Ground, USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Ultimately, we will choose the lowest cost carrier for your order at our discretion at the time the order is ready to be shipped. Please note that if you live outside of the contiguous 48 states you must select "USPS Priority Mail" as your delivery option or your order will not be processed.
Q. What do I do if I receive my order and an item is damaged or incorrect or expired?
A. All problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product.

We do not accept unauthorized returns / No returns on opened merchandise. Orders sent back without a return authorization number will be refused. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits or product reshipment. We cannot accept returns on any heat-damaged products (such as melted bars). All of our products are stored in climate-controlled conditions. We do our very best to package and quickly ship your order so that you receive your items in good condition. Expiration dates are checked on all products prior to packing your order. In addition, the expiration dates as well as lot numbers are recorded in our files.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. We do not ship international orders at this time.
Q. Are the prices on the web site the same prices as in your retail location?
A. Yes and no, many of the prices will be the same but we will also have “Web Only Specials” from time to time.
Q. How do I know which product is right for me?
A. If you have questions about product selection please ask and we will do our best to help you make your decision. We will never force a product on you or intentionally mislead you; ultimately the decision is up to you.
Q. Will the product I am purchasing have an interaction with my prescription medication?
A. We are not Doctors or Pharmacists’ and are therefore not qualified to give such information. If you have questions about drug interactions, please consult a licensed Physician prior to making you purchase.
Q. Do you sell “Magic weight loss pills”?
A. No, I am sorry we do not. There is no substitute for hard work and proper nutrition. If you do happen to find one that is legal, please let us know and we can make a bunch of money together J
Q. How do I know I will like the taste? Don’t you have any free samples?
A. Yes, we do have samples on many of the products that we carry but we do not have every sample in stock, all of the time. Some manufactures simply to not make samples, in order to keep the end cost down for you. Unfortunately we cannot send samples out before you have placed an order. If there is a product that you would like to try please let us know when placing your order and we will do our best to include one in your shipment, if it is available.
