Standard Shipping Charges
Within the United States: Standard shipping charges are just $6.95 per order regardless of how many items you wish to purchase, unless free shipping requirements have been met. Standard $6.95 shipping for most non-lightweight orders will be via UPS Ground. Non-lightweight orders are generally classified as orders that weigh over 2lbs; however, selecting the Standard $6.95 shipping rate does not guarantee that all orders over 2lbs will be shipped through UPS Ground. Ultimately, we will choose the lowest cost carrier for your order at our discretion at the time the order is ready to be shipped. Please note that if you live outside of the contiguous 48 states you must select "USPS Priority Mail" as your delivery option or your order will not be processed.

U.S. Orders
We ship anywhere in the continental United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We also ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses and other military or overseas addresses.

Order Processing Time
All orders placed online, mailed or phoned-in on a weekday (Monday-Friday) before 2:00 pm CST are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are shipped the next business day.

UPS Delivery Time
Most orders arrive in 1 to 5 business days from time of shipping.

USPS Delivery Time
USPS delivery is (1) one to (7) seven business days anywhere in the Continental USA. Orders being shipped to FPO, APO and P.O. Boxes are delivered via USPS, regardless of weight.

Back Orders
We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product, occasionally a product may be on back order. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will notify you within 24 hours. In addition we will hold the shipment of your entire order until all products are available. All backorders will not be held after five business days, business days for shipping purposes are Monday through Friday.
International Orders

We do not ship international orders at this time.

Sales Tax
Shipping addresses outside Illinois are not subject to sales tax.

Illinois residents are required to pay applicable sales tax of 1.75% or 7.5% depending on the type of product(s) purchased, which will be calculated automatically to your order.

Payment Options
We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa and Discover Card) and by PayPal.
You may also mail a money order or cashier's check, drawn on a U.S. bank. We reserve the right to hold any check, pending bank clearance prior to shipment of any order. All orders and payments are in U.S. dollars only. We do not ship C.O.D. orders.

Return Information
*All problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product.

We do not accept unauthorized returns / No returns on opened merchandise. Orders sent back without a return authorization number will be refused.  A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits or product reshipment. We cannot accept returns on any heat-damaged products (such as melted bars). All of our products are stored in climate-controlled conditions. We do our very best to package and quickly ship your order so that you receive your items in good condition.  Please keep this in mind before ordering.
